Use it if it works for you. As with any lifestyle product/ herbal medicine, it’s effect is supposed to vary on person to person according to their physicochemical makeup. After 1 week of use, it is helping in the reduction of acid reflux and only long term use will tell if it helps regulate blood sugar levels or not.
